Circumambulation of mesmerizing Manaslu Mountain that soars beyond 8000m keeping amazing Annapurna as its neighbor, Around Manaslu Trek

The trek begins at Arughat- a village in Gorkha district. The trek is geographically spectacular and culturally fascinating. The trial is rich with villages with direct descendants of Tibetan immigrants. Several places on the route are linked with the ancient trade links to Tibet. Mountain views throughout the trial are sensational and Larkya La is one of the most dramatic Himalayan pass crossings. Though crossing Larkya La 5100m is not that challenging this trek is regarded as one of the challenging treks because of the most demanding geographical structures throughout.

The walls of the Budi Gandaki valley at sometimes are absolutely perpendicular and demand to be much cautious. The steep climbs, the frozen lakes, the glacial walks and the cultural encounters like hunting of honey in the traditional ways capture the trekker’s attention to this region in great numbers every year. The most exciting part of the trek is rock-hopping at some points to cover the distance. The secluded area of the Himalayas offers the gateway to mesmerizingly beautiful Tsum valley and to the Base Camp of Ganesh Himal. Completing the circuit as the trek arrives to Besi Sahar the part of the Annapurna circuit trek is covered.

The glorious beauties of the Himalayas from the different angles are worthwhile capturing and the elevated ridges alongside the furiously rushing Budi Gandaki is probably the refreshing charm during the exhausted moments of the trek. Traversing through the land of Samas is undoubtedly the other luring side of the trek. The cascading waterfalls from the high elevation, Mani walls depicting Buddhism and the Gompas throughout the trials provides a tranquilizing sensation.

Enjoy the cordial Nepalese welcome in arrival terminals of the airport and drive to your designated hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02:: Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu

Actually this day is a trek preparation day. As our team is preparing the required permits for Everest Base Camp Trek; you will be taken to Kathmandu most beautiful locales where culture history and the heritage of the ancient town spills in every corner. Explore the biggest hub of Hinduism in Nepal Pashupatinath where travelers get to experience the important aspects of the religion. Stroll around Boudhanath, a large dome shaped stupa where Tibetan culture and Buddhism are seen at its best. Exploration of Kathmandu Durbar Square is an awesome experience as it takes you to Nepal’s one of the oldest architectural landmarks where local Newari culture also has been prospering for ages.

Day 03:: Drive to Arughat [4-5] hour’s drive and transfer to the hotel

After the early morning breakfast you will be picked up at your hotel reception by a private vehicle. Your trek guide will accompany you. Arughat is a village located at Gorkha district of western Nepal, which is a starting point of the trek. After travelling a part of Prithivi highway, the road to Arughat deviates to north. The time in the vehicle will be well utilized by your trek leader briefing about the trial. Upon reaching at Arughat, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 04:: Trek to Soti Khola 860m/2840ft 5-6 hrs trek

Enjoy the breakfast at your hotel in Arughat. As your trek begins, initially you will cross past the dense woods bursting with monkeys to Sante Bazaar 630m. The view of Shringi Himal up the valley from Sante Bazaar is exceptionally enticing. As you trek further, the Budi Gandaki valley now becomes steeper and the trial becomes tougher as it crosses Arket Khola and climbs through fields and over a rocky projection. Gradually descending down to the elevated and gushing waterfall and the trial makes a long sheer effort up to a ridge of Koir Pani 820m. Beyond Koir Pani the trial then slides down to Sati Khola 710m. Sati Khola is an ideal location to observe the varied sized waterfalls and also popular for traditional honey hunting as shown in a documentary named Honey hunters of Nepal. Release your first day exhaustion in a tea house at Sati Khola.

As you fulfill your early morning appetite at a breakfast table, you will resume the trek. Today you will begin the trek crossing the bridge and sliding up onto a ridge above rushing Budi Gandaki River. Then you will climb up to Khorsani at 820m. The trial then gets bit exciting while it passes over the big rock and cross a stream over a shaky wooden bridge. The rocky trail continues merging several ups and downs, passes two tropical waterfalls till it comes back down to the field terraces at the bank of Budi Gandaki. Once again, sliding up on a steep rocky course hanging to the side of the cliff, then sliding down to pass few more rice patios and finally a gradual up around climb will bring you to Machha Khola. Overnight at Machha Khola.

Day 06:: Trek to Jagat 1,360m/4460ft 5 to 6 hrs trek

Crossing the ridge, you will enter the widen river valley and descend down to serene Budi Gandaki then get to Yaru Khola 1330m- a village at a river bank. Crossing a long suspension bridge over Yaru Khola and sliding up on a wide stony staircase will take you down to the river. Climbing up once again along the Thado Bharyang, crossing Budi Gandaki followed by climbing up a small ridge then finally a short walk along the river will bring you Jagat 1410m.
