PACK AND GO

Packing List

  • Sun Glasses (Sunglasses that reflect most of the light (70-80%). This will help us travel in the snow and day time when the sun is the brightest)
  • Scarf or face Mask   (If are planning to travel only in the urban regions any normal scarf/mask will do the job. But for trekking in the Himalayas we strongly recommend solid woolen scarfs to withstand the cold in the Himalayas.)
  • Sunscreen (Any 85 SPF sunscreen will do because we will be spending most of our time traveling outdoors.)
  • Chap stick (It is needless to say cold in the Himalayas and hot in the Terai region of Nepal. So bringing Chap Stick with you can save a lot of lips damage.)
  • Hand Towel (Being healthy is every person’s goal and we cannot depend on the towels provided by the hotel. So having a hand towel can be a portable way to stay dry.)
  • Cold weather Down Jacket (We will be traveling outdoors and at night time in the urban as well as in the Himalayas. So having a down jacket to withstand the cold in the nights and the Himalayas can be helpful.)
  • Wind Stopper (Wind Stopper is very helpful during our trip to the Himalayas, since it is very windy in that region. And also is very portable.)
  • Rain Coat (While travelling to various region of Nepal, we will be facing moist temperature. So bringing a rain coat along is a good idea.)
  • Fleece Jacket and Trouser (While trekking off road these things can comfort you and let you stretch without any problem.)
  • T-shirt (short or long sleeves) (While in the urban area that is mostly hot, short sleeve t-shirt are preferable and to prevent sunburn long sleeves t-shirt can help.)
  • Trekking Trousers (Trekking trousers are durable and comfortable to wear at any time.)
  • Polypropylene thermal tops and bottom(two pairs) (While traveling in the Himalaya region which is very cold, thermal tops and trousers will help prevent cold to catch us and ruin our trip.)
  • Trekking Boots (Trekking boots are a must because since we will be travelling mostly off roads. These boots are made for trekkers and are very comfortable to wear.)
  • Socks and under wears (Since we will be doing a lot of walking and traveling, we will be without a doubt sweaty and our legs are bound to smell. So having a fare pair of socks and under wear can help us remain healthy.)
  • Head torch (While traveling off road we will need to use our both hands to grab to something to reach our destination. So throwing on a head torch in your bag pack can be very helpful.)
  • Trekking bag (Minimum 60 L) Duffel bag (Trekking bags are durable and are made in a way to store a lot of stuffs in a fairly normal bag. So carrying a trekking bag instead to 2-3 small bags can make your trip even easy.)
  • Snow Gaiter(depends on trekking region) (If/While we travel to the Himalaya region this helps the snow and the cold to enter via our legs, legs being the most common part of our body to catch cold.)
  • Camel Pack or water bottle (Water keeps us hydrated in the sun and carrying one with you at any time is no harm.)
  • Trekking Poles (Traveling off road and climbing steep hills will be the main adventure of our tour to Nepal so trekking poles can help you during your tour.)
  • Day Pack minimum 20 L with side pocket to keep bottle (While we travel to a certain destination and are bound to come back to the place we started from there is no need of the bulky bags. So having a day pack with you to take the necessary items such as camera, passport and stuffs can save a lot of effort on your trip.)
  • Spare batteries for Camera (We love to take picture and this generation is to quote “camera lover” generation and to have a memory of something you achieved is a strong proof as well. Also Nepal is such a beauty that you won’t get a chance to put that camera inside your bag. So having a spare battery will help you collect double the memories to last forever.)
  • Sleeping Bag (Since we will be going camping, hiking and what not, a sleeping bag can come in handy to have a good night sleep anywhere.)
  • Playing cards/Plaything (People have to wait, people get tired, people are bored and we are people as well. So carrying playing cards or other entertainment accessories with you can make you the Entertaining Hero of your group and can help pass time.)
